Inked up one of the sketches from my fusion sketch dump.

Slowmeleon is a fire/psychic/water type. The sweet nectar that once leaked from slowpoke's tail is now a fragrant and very flammable fuel that allows Slowmeleon's tail to burn even under water. The dopey temperament of slowpoke has tempered Charmeleon's aggressive nature, allowing Slowmeleon's latent psychic powers to truly shine. It signature move is conflagration which manipulates strong flames with psychic powers. I wonder what might happen of a shellder bit onto its tail?
